The Golden Grain of the Andes in San Francisco

My fascination with quinoa began in San Francisco, where the city’s health-conscious food culture introduced me to its incredible nutritional profile.

Unlike most plant-based foods, it is a complete protein, containing all nine essential amino acids.      

It’s packed with iron, magnesium, and fiber, making it an ideal choice for a gluten-free lifestyle.    

My mission is to create treats that are both nutritious and delicious. Using fresh toppings found at SF local markets, I’m redefining the donut with quinoa.
