In April 2022, a simple bag of Quinoa on an Airbnb shelf in San Francisco changed my life forever. It wasn't just a superfood; it was a spark that led me through the deserts of Cairo, the highlands of Peru, and into the heart of the chaotic yet brilliant AI startup community in Silicon Valley.
